Santoprene® is a high performance thermoplastic created by cross linking EPDM rubber with Polypropylene. As an elastomer plastic it is flexible, light weight, and has very good abrasion resistance. 

 

-Santoprene® is used with acidic and caustic fluids such as sodium hydroxide, sulfuric or hydrochloric acids. Exhibiting flex life, abrasion resistance, temperature range and durability, it is widely used in the chemical process, food, pharmaceutical and wastewater industries

 

--According to the conditions of use can choose different fabrics and rubber manufacturing, commonly used PTFE,NBR, FKM, EPDM,CR.The rubber diaphragm have the advantages of heat resistance, medium resistance, pressure resistance, flexural resistance and high sensitivity.
