Product Description

PTFE diaphragm is a variety of diaphragms made by suspending high-strength and good-toughness fluororesin through molding, turning and shaping. It is mainly used for diaphragms of metering pumps, diaphragm pumps and diaphragm valves in the decompression and booster series. PTFE diaphragm is widely used in petrochemical industry, coal machinery, water treatment, papermaking, textile, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy and other industries.

1.The products is used PTFE as a material ,and it has excellent chemical stability,such as electrical insulation and aging resistance,high lubricity,non-stick properties and corrosion resistance.

2.High lubrication, the lowest coefficient of friction among solid materials. Non-adhesion is the smallest surface tension of solid materials, and does not adhere to any substances.

3.Corrosion resistant, inert to most chemicals and solvents, resistant to strong acids and alkalis, water and various organic solvents.
